In website, you probably see this bank has promotion offering $100 bonus once you set up a new account with $250 direct deosit. I went to open an account with promotion printout to show namager. I specifically asked Branch Manager whether this is correct if I set up $150 direct deposit for twice a month (total $300 per month). She told me yes. Then, later on Bank won't gave me $100 bonus by arguing that I didn't set up $250 direct deposit per transaction. Even though I told them how Branch Manager told me yes, they still won't admit mistake and punish me for no bonus. If this bank can do things like this, I won't trust this bank at all. Don't open any account in this bank. The bank staff is incompetent. When they made mistakes, they won't admit it but punish you. This bank plays dirty trick to allure you to open an account and then won't keep the promises.
