They had to change names because they destroyed their reputation doing buiness as Quality Used Appliance. Now apparently they call themselves Optimum Appliance.\r

I bought a used side by side fridge, it worked for a little while, then quit. Quality used appliance took my fridge to fix it under warranty. I still don't have it back nearly a year later. I had to buy a new fridge, no one can go for months without a fridge. They have lied to me over and over, saying one day that it is on the truck, ready to be delivered, then 3 days later saying they are still working on it. Do not do business with these scammers!
