I had a great, honest conversation with Zina, the owner, after sending in a complaint letter. I'm glad that she finally got back to me. I know that running a business and keeping people happy is a difficult endeavor, and I appreciate that Zina took time out to explain the situation. \r

It turns out that most of the bad feelings on both sides would have been avoided by paying attention to the business policies. I'm glad that Zina explained the spa's side of the story. \r

I apologize for the harshness of my initial review toward Zina's character. It was wrong, and I'm sorry.
