I have done my first Brazilian at Zina's and let me tell you it was amazing! I was so scared but the staff in there is so welcoming, and they talked to me throught out the whole thing and made me feel really comfortable. \r

Also, for the comment below me, I have went there with my boyfriend on Valentine's Day. We had to wait as well, but the staff was very welcoming and kept apoligizing, which I thought was really nice of them. The weather was horrible due to the snow and it was hard to find parking so it is undertsndable why everyone was running late, and there were a lot of people in the Spa. When there is a holiday and they have sales there are always a lot of people there. We also went there couple of weeks ago and there were not that many people there we had amazing massages and steam room. They offer complementary wine. I love this place and I would recomand it for everyone who wants to relax from their daily routine, and just have some ""me"" time.
Pros: pleasent atmosphere, welcoming, very nice decorations
