""I am a big advocate of a healthy lifestyle being the basis for healthy skin...but I have still had my struggles over the years even with my fit life as a trainer. For my work I was asked to do photos and a video on an extremely short schedule. Of course, with the stress of it all my skin started misbehaving. I recognized the problems on my face would interfere with my project. In complete desperation I decided to see what a MedSpa is and what it could do for me. \r \r Wow was I amazed! Bridgette helped me determine the best course of action with my short time frame as well as the most cost effective approach. I had a photofacial done that same day. Before leaving, Bridgette made sure that I looked my best and powdered my face. I was so appreciative of the fact that I did not have to rush back home to redo my makeup!\r \r Awhile back I visited another spa in Kirkland, kind of a yoga/holistic/ease joint which I thought might give me a healthy and natural treatment. Well I guess it was natural, but that pinch-faced old biddy chastized me for the condition of my skin. She actually said I had craters in my face (some mild acne scars) and made me feel so awful that I never wanted to visit another 'spa' again.\r \r So I was a little fearful when I first walked in the door...but by the end of the hour I was truly at ease with Ambrosia.\r \r What is more important, is by not making me feel bad I am more motivated to care for my skin properly. I have just done a heavenly microdermabrasion with Bridgette and Deb touched up another threat to my photo shoot with a reasonably priced cortisone shot.\r \r My skin looks and feels great, radiant even-- doing exactly what Bridgette said would happen and healing up the problems beautifully. Oh yeah, and those craters? What craters?"" Pros: Relaxing, welcoming atmosphere with really great stff Cons: As with all medspas, the cost is higher than a bit o'drugstore cream but totally worth it
