I'm bought a rehabbed house from Cody Properties in December. By March, if not earlier, the cracks they had repaired in the basement began to leak. I called the company they used because it's guaranteed. They told me that one wall was bowing in and I need to brace it. He said he offered this option when they originally did the work but Zach Cody literally said make it a quick fix and it's the buyer's problem after that. I expected to have problems with the house at some point but not within 3 months of moving in. Clearly they were aware of the issue and chose to cover it up. Bad choice. Was $2000 more of work really worth me bad mouthing your company for the rest of my life?! Shady.
