Will quote you a reasonable price and then charge you 40% more when the work is done. His van is a mess and packed with junk, but he will tell you he doesn't have the parts he needs to do the job you called him for. If you ask him to explain why it costs more he will get an attitude and not give you a reasonable answer. Look at his past reviews first. You will notice the only people that recommend him are the ones not paying out of pocket.
