Review content:
This is the worst company, EVER. Do not use them, stay far away. We never received a lease during the entire time of our occupancy. We were there for almost a year when we vacated the premises due to the rodent problem and the death of my grandfather. To this day, we have not gotten the lease although we requested it five times, once verbally and four times through written communication. It took five months to do anything about the rodent. Beware; the rodent is still there by the way. She tried to blame me for the damages the rat had done and even went as far as to call me a rat, twice!!! After she knew my grandfather had passed away, she still proceeded to call me names. On top of that, she always misspelled my name and three times, she even called me by a totally wrong name. The funny thing about that is the email address that she was writing to is my name. She never responds to your emails and she presents herself in a very incompetent manner. Do not use them! It is the worst experience of my life. Now, on top of grieving for my lost loved one, I am dealing with legal matters since she is insisting that everything there is my fault. It’s not worth it, stay far away.
