Low pressure, friendly & helpful. I made and appointment here to look at bridesmaid dresses with my sister. Although we did not end up buying there that day, they were very helpful, friendly and more importantly, not intimidating! The layout of the store is not cluttered and congested like some shops - lots of room to breathe. They were also helpful in understanding our price point, and helping us to locate dresses that were at the point. If I did not already have my dress, I would love to shop here.
