Review content:
I joined VERT after ten years of 60-hour work weeks and hedonistic business dinners had left me in such sorry shape I was practically seeing stars whenever I had to walk up three flights of stairs. The trainers tailored one-hour sessions for my weak fitness level that challenged me without making me feel like I was in a military boot camp. They always took time to show me my progress (easily tracked by the computerized workout stations) and continually updated my exercises to reflect my improving fitness level. I was amazed at how quickly my body responded. Within a month, my endurance improved and I was getting leaner. I've been a member ever since. That was almost four years ago and VERT is now a great part of my life.
Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable trainers and staff (it's like walking into Cheers)
Cons: Parking lot is shared with other businesses and is sometimes crowded
