Ok, now im reading all these reviews and thinking that the saing is true ""you cant please everyone"". I am 25years old\r
and i have been taking my animals to dr sterns office ever since i can remember. That man is the reason i got interested in animals. I remember one time my puppy got under a car that was backing out of the driveway and the car ran over his tail and a tiny bit of his butt. Me and my husband rushed him to dr.sterns office and it was closed for dinner,we knocked on the door with our puppy in my arms and one of the ladies( that put up with a lot of crap i might add) came to the door seen what was going on and rushed me and my husband to the back room with him. They took care of our puppy and took x-rays to see how bad it was. They kept telling us hes ok its not that bad, we'll take good care of him. They couldnt put a cast on his butt, and his tail was just fine, turns out his butt was bruised.They kept him one night for observation and gave him something to help him heal.We took our puppy home the next day and a couple days later he was up and around again we thought he was gonna die that day and they made us feel like everything was gonna be ok.They dont do what every other vet does in cuyahoga county they are just there for the animals not the money. When my cat snowball got into his first fight he was really messed up i wanted to take him to the closest vet which was bannifield in petsmart but they wanted 50 dollars just to see him, i took him to euclid from eastlake to dr sterns and he did surgery on my cat and saved his life my snowball needed a drain in his face and lots of antibiotics as well as rest. Dr stern is the reason my cat is still alive today. And doing very well i might add,He only charged us what was nessary and didnt charge us for seeing him. Now if you like the rest of us money is tight, dr sterns office might be small and cramped and there equiptment may not be the newest crap on the market,but they are angels in their own right,ever look at it for their point of view they are in that small office everyday all day deal with hundreds of animals and peoples attitudes so excuse them if they loose their cool like all of us do for every bad experience there is a hundred good ones. So in closing im saying leave them alone nobodys perfect and one cant expect it from anyone,when its our time to die its our time and you cant blame someone for something that happens far after contact,thats like saying"" you pet my dog and a year later he died its your fault"" thats just dumb! I support them and will continue to take my animals to him. keep up the great work you do euclid veterinary hospital!!!!!!!!
