when entering Profile wine and grill the ambiance is breath taking, it is very warm and inviting. The service was okay however the food made up for the wait. The Pesto crusted swordfish had to be the best I have ever had, and the Fillet that my husband had he could not stop talking about it. Whatever they are doing in the kitchen I hope never changes. The cocktails were very good and the wine selection was one of the best selections I have seen in the valley for a very long time. Thank you profile for a wonderful Friday night.
