This place is the worst on the block. no pest control of any kind. the manager is a complete butt hole. and does not care about black people at all. gangs and drugs are all over the place. over half the property is vacant (over 400 units) most of them have been trashed and are not fit to live in. break ins are the worst in the area, robberies and car theft. very high rate of domestic violence. garbage is left in vacant units. Rats and roaches love this place.
Pros: close to a lot of funeral homes in whitehaven area
