Horrible customer service. If you like the run-around while already stressing on those last minute wedding details, then this is the place for you. Dress arrived 20 days later than I was told that it would be arriving. Communication is horrible, condescending, and rude, and the story changes every time you call. If you like being told by the manager ""now I'm going to talk, and you're going to listen"" then this is your place. Great prices, but not worth the stress or the hassle. I'd rather pay full price than deal with these unprofessional people.
