Review content:
This is the second time I got charged for two visits, when it really should be one. I took my daughter for a wellness visit. Since we discussed her heath issues, I was charged for another visit. Is this the point of a wellness visit? I always seem to having billing issues with Kelsey. They either give the wrong codes, so the insurance company doesn't want to pay, or try to charge more for their services. I am finally fed up with them and the convenience factor is not worth it anymore. I ended up calling them and the insurance company for days trying to cleat this up. I will never go back to Kelsey again.
Pros: Good location
Cons: Mistakes in billing are very common with Kelsey
