I purchased a Mazda late Oct 2009. The salesman told me the car had new tires. My mistake was trusting him. I did have a friend with me who heard this conversation. In March went for an oil change and was told I need new tires. Told them no way I just bought this car and the salesman said the tires were new. After showing the tires to someone else was told they were factory tires which meant they were 2 years old. As for this big inspection that the car was supposedly had just been through when purchased somehow someway they missed the car also would soon be needing brakes. I would never send anyone to this dealership. I just wish they had been willing to right their wrong with the tires. I never received a call back. Pros: Can't think of any Cons: Dishonest salesman, no effort to right the wrong
