I attended the extreme makeover contest which was hosted by Dr. John Lloyd. The seminar was very good and I learned surge training and I cut out breads and sugars from my diet as Dr. Lloyd instructed. I am AMAZED at the results! I feel so much better, have more energy and have lost 20 lbs! All in 30 days.
