Review content:
We went to McCormick & Schmicks this weekend for my husband's birthday. Our reservations were for 5:30, buyt we arrived shortly after 5:00. Not only did they go out of their way to get a table together for us, they let us sit outside on the patio, when I changed my mind at the last minute. \r

The manager then had the staff remove the umbrellas and replace them with heaters since my year 1/2 old daughter was outside with us. (We were the only ones sitting outside on the patio). \r
Our server (Elizabeth) came and we put in our orders and I ordered a small cup of orange juice for the baby. She came back 5 minutes later with the drinks and told me that they didn't have little cups, so she made one (looked like an empty pint of ice cream, cover and all) and put a little straw in it. She was friendly and very attentive. \r

My steak came back overcooked, but it tasted good, and I didn't want to wait for another one, so I just ate it. Elizabeth came by to check on us and I just made her aware that my steak was overcooked. She told me to just give it back to her and she would get another one, or at least see if one was being cooked at the moment. I was totally blown away with the service and how much the manager and staff went out of their way to accommodate us. My husband and in-laws enjoyed their lobster and halibut, as well as the clam chowder. \r

Crustacean is my favorite restaurant, but McCormick and Schmicks has the best service -- hands down. One of the best dining experiences I've ever had...Highly Recommended.
