I took my truck in asking them to tell me what was making the squeaking sound. No one told me there be a diagnostic charge to tell me. When they brought the list out I was told it be 120$ I never signed anything for work to be done or was told about the fee. They expected me to read the sign behind the desk. For one I have a reading problem and after they were informed of it they still didn't care. I was told I had to pay 120$ to get my car back or get the work done. I was just trying to price around for the best deal. When I decided to get some kind of work I was refused and told pay 120$ or if I didn't have it get out until I did. The manager wouldn't speak to me. The family runs the place and treat people like dirt. I understand 40$ maybe but 120$ for no work! It's not right and bad business. Do not go they are over priced and very rude.
