Review content:
I have been going to Luna Fitness for about 3 months now. I really enjoy the yoga and stretch classes and am just starting to crank it up and take some higher level classes. I feel really comfortable here; most people are really friendly. The instructors are all great! The best thing I have done is some stretch therapy sessions with Gabi. Yes, I feel great when it's done, but the most incredible thing is that my tailbone, which I have had issues with since I was 16 years old (a very loooong time ago), no longer hurts when I lie flat on my back. In fact, last night I noticed that I can even bring my knees to my chest and rock myself forward to a sitting position...I didn't think I would ever be able to do that again, even after many sessions with chiropractors. I am very happy!!
