On behalf of the St John the Baptist Church, we sincerely want to thank Hillmon's appliance for their excellent service and generosity conveyed to our church and its parishioners. We had a very positive overall experience with this business and its employees; with special thanks to Tim, who was extremely helpful and very compassionate to our needs; and Keith who was always easily accessible, accommodating, and courteous to us. They displayed professionalism while making it possible for our church to purchase a beautiful new double oven range for our kitchen. We were in desperate need of a replacement oven after the one in our church became disabled. We rely heavily on our kitchen for church gatherings and cooking/baking goods to help support the church; if it was not for their kindness we would not have been able to purchase a new oven range. We want to let others know the exceptional, professional experience we had received; and the friendly staff we were so gracious to have encountered. They provided prompt and reliable delivery. Zack and Mitchell exhibited proficiency and expertise on the knowledge and installation of the product. They not only delivered the oven, but also helped remove the old existing one. They were very careful to set everything up correctly and went out of their way to help us take down the existing hood above the range, which was not at all required of them. We are so appreciative of all their hard work and devotion to customer appreciation and satisfaction. We were very pleased with the quality of service and professionalism your company provided to us. We sincerely appreciate your responsiveness and the way you conduct business. We will continue to recommend your company to others because of our gratification with your service and quality of your products. Thank you and we look forward to doing business with you for years to come.
