My wife and I had a very positive experience this time around buying a used car. Johnny O helped change our opinion of used car salesmen. We never felt pressured to buy a car the day we went to the dealership and that's exactly why we bought one from Graham Nelson Johnny O helped us pick out the best car suited for our needs, not just the one that would give him the best commission. He listened to our concerns and gave us honest opinions about vehicles. He was very patient and easy to work with and didn't make us feel like we were taking up his time with all our questions and concerns. We will definately purchase another vehicle from Graham and Johnny.
