Normally I don't write any reviews about my experience since I’m sure no one cares. But this experience really bothered me and it specifically deals with the branch manager, Abby Butler, at this location in Casper.\r \r I'm using the manager's full name because it wouldn't do justice to criticize a whole business since she might get fired there in the future, not because of this, but because she's just a horrible human being. I'm calling this girl out because she lied to my face and had some kind of sick joy from denying me a replacement vehicle for my ENTERPRISE RENTAL that got a flat tire.\r \r I like enterprise as a company and the guys I deal with locally here in Denver are great which is why I have been renting from them the last 3 weeks in a row with at least 9 more months to come. They even tried to reason with this lady to switch out my rental but she was being ""difficult"". \r \r One day, on my way back from Casper to Denver (250 miles away), I get a flat tire and needed to replace my vehicle to drive home. My Denver Enterprise guys tried to help me out and told me that the Enterprise in Casper had plenty of vehicles available to switch from. So I put on the spare, drove over there, called ahead to let them know but only to find out that they are ""Sold Out"" and I should come back in a couple hours to see if a reservation falls through... \r \r I thought it was strange so I made a reservation online for that same day and time for a car all week. Reservation confirmed… However, once I got there, I told her I had a reservation but it was to replace my vehicle cause of the flat tire and needed to drive 250 miles back home. She ends up telling me that sometimes their computers are too slow and that they actually do not have any at cars the moment but I should be able to go fix the tire myself. \r \r It was apparent that she didn't want to deal with a car with a flat and that it was my problem to find a way home. It was obvious that they had cars available and it wasn't worth her hassle to help me find another ENTERPRISE RENTAL to drive home. Thanks for your great customer service.
