I purchased a used car at this dealership last week. The value was excellent...way below Blue Book and I got the car I wanted. I called in advance on an internet special and was skeptical that it would actually be there when I arrived. It was and, although there was some hagling over the price and extras, the used car salesmen and finance manger Dustin, were extremely courteous and responsive to my requests and worked out all my concerns and questions to my satisfaction. Deal went smoothly and I drove away that night with my car. Staff was also very available days after the sale for additional questions I had. I haven't purchased a car in 15 years and was nervous and a bit worried about how, as a single woman, I would be treated. Everyone I dealt with at Shaver in the used car devision was professional and helpful and no high pressure. Nice location/area to purchase a car also. Was an all around pleasant experience.\r
