I've belonged to several gyms in the past & Premier is by far the best! Everyone that works there is so nice - always saying ""hi"" & offering their help. They make it a point to get to know everyone. It's like a big family! It's by far the cleanest facility I've every been a member of. They have a ton of classes to offer - I take Spinning & Body Pump & the instructors are always very helpful, making sure I'm doing the exercises correctly. The Spin instructor even passed out frozen towels at the end of the class! Most importantly, they really seem to ""want"" their members to participate - to come to the gym on a regular basis - not just sign you up & then care less if you come or not as long as they are getting your money. I'm not sure what the other reviewer is talking about as I've never had any issues with my membership or account. I've been 110% happy with my choice in gym!!!!
