When I bought my house in 1996, I said them I wanted to get rid of the carpet and go with hardwood flooring. Finally, in 2012 I did the project and am so glad I did. At the home show, I found Macadam Floor and Design. Their show discount to act in a short time frame was just what I needed to get me into action. But I didn't go with Macadam without doing my own research on them. The experience proved to be what I expected based on that research. I spent hours at their store laying samples out on the floor in the sun and shadows, walking on them to see how they felt, and bringing several home to see their fit in my home. They took care of me as their customer - working with the mfg to get me a better product at the same price when the product I had chosen was delayed making it not available on the day of scheduled pick-up, showing up when expected to do the install and putting in the long days to get the job done on schedule as we hit the unexpected glitches. I would highly recommend Zac as the best salesperson to work with and John the best installer to do the work.
