Review content:
This company has horrible customer service. We have tried to get issues resolved for almost a year, and they have made one excuse after another. Besides the customer service being appalling, the prices are high, and the products appear to be ?second quality.? We ordered thousands of dollars worth of furniture and accessories and were still pushed aside when follow up was needed, even to order more items! They do not respond to calls or emails in a timely manner (you usually have to call a few times and harass them). Items take an unacceptable amount of time to come in (which you get more excuses about). I can not see this company staying in business much longer.
