Penmar Management has made owning rental property fun and easy. In my divorce settlement, I got the triplex overlooking the harbor in San Pedro. Ralph, my ""X"" had always dealt with the tenants, made the repairs, and paid the bills. There was no way I was going to deal with all that frustration. Fortunately for me, Shane, my pool guy, recommended Penmar Management to take care of all of that. Shane does pools at a lot of apartment buildings in the South Bay and says that the Penmar ones are always the best managed.\r

Shane really has a good head on his shoulders and I trust him a lot. So, to make a long story short, I hired Penmar Management and it has been great. They have been able to cut by costs while improving the quality and satisfaction of the tenants. With their fantastic marketing of vacancies, rental income has improved, and I am never bothered with tenant problems like Ralph was.\r
