If you like crispy, thin pizza with a lot of italian taste, then you will love this pizza place. I am from the east coast and have missed east coast pizza for the 9 years I have lived in Seattle. I can finally stop complaining that Seattle has no good pizza places. We went on opening weekend, so we expected a long wait and some disorganization - but we were wrong - the service was great. We had 3 kids with us under the age of 5, and although the restaurant offered nothing to keep the kids occupied, the service was quick enough that it wasn't an issue. The restaurant was also fairly loud, so having kids wasn't an issue. A romantic dinner for 2 might not be ideal. \r We also ordered a salad and dessert - both were very good. \r Our family will definitely visit Flying Squirrel Pizza many more times! \r My only complaint is one that is common with pizza in Seattle - the price. Why is it that pizza everywhere else in the country is in the $12.00 range for a large and in Seattle it is in the $20.00 range. Aren't we talking about flour, tomato sauce and cheese? \r But in a city where pizza is overpriced in general, you might as well, get good quality pizza that tastes good - which is why I recommend Flying Squirrel Pizza to everyone with or without kids.\r Pros: Parking - easy, Service - great, Atmosphere - good for families or adults without kids
