We were looking to trade in our old van for a used car, so we called and talked to John Crawford at Taylor Chrysler Dodge in Bourbonnais. He asked us what we were looking for in a used vehicle so he could look at the inventory that was not yet posted on the web site. He was very pleasant to talk to one the phone. When we arrived at the dealership, he was waiting at the door to greet us. We have never met before today, but it was like he knew who we were. How cool is that! He worked with us on finding the car we wanted. John was professional, without the condescending pushy salesman attitude. Very welcoming personality. Just so you know.. If or when John reads this, I hate doing surveys! He was awesome enough to write this shout out about him. Thank you!
