wow so i am appalled at what i went through today with liberty. i found them on a the internet so i gave them a call to come out and give me an estimate of what i could expect to pay for a large patio cover. i told him i was getting prices from other people and looking at what they had to offer, well he came in with this suitcase of matarials that they use to build with and it is really better quality then some of the other materials that other companys use. so, we were interested in the product he was offering and told him look u dont need to show us anymore just give us a price on it so we dont have to waste any more time. well, he packed up the stuff and just bolted out of the door. dummy, sold us on the quality of his products but took it the wrong way when we said we didnt need to see the demonstration. we just wanted a price so we could decide if we wanted to spend that type of money or not. we didnt need any financing it would have all been paid cash. we just didnt want to waste anytime watching a demonstration on products we knew we liked already. so whatever, he left without saying ill get back to u tomorrow with the prices or anything he just left and i think that was pretty shabby of him. well, anyway the products i saw looked awesome and very good quality but the salesman ruined the sale.
