Concerned with money over the care of your pet. ""Dr."" Donovan should not be able to practice at all. Blue Cross Animal Hospital does ok with a healthy pet - when you show and pay for your less than 10 minute ""check-up"", but it stops there. They are essentially clueless on how to handle any issue and they do not listen to the pet owner when discussing symptoms. I have spent a great deal of money on useless tests and the care at this hospital is very poor. Do your pets a favor and find another place to manage their care.
