Hi, I recently used Honest Install to mount my TV above my fireplace and do full concealment of the all the wires, etc. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Let me first say that we also got a quote from Best Buy, which was about $300 more than Honest Install and Best Buy does not do any electrical wiring and dry wall repair, so If we did go with Best Buy we would have had to find our own electrician and a person to fix the dry wallit would have been over $1000. After deciding not to use Best Buy I wanted to find a place that offered a one stop shop for mounting service, electric, products, etc. After a quick Goggle search I found Honest Install! After the first call into them and speaking with Chris and John a couple of times, I knew this would be a much easier process. They offered all the services I needed, including electrical. This made my life much easier! I spoke with Chris for the first time on a Monday and explained to him that I would like this to be a surprise for my husband and asked if it could be completed before Saturday at the end of the same week. After a consult at my house on Thursday evening we were all set for an install on Friday! This customer service alone was outstanding to me! The quick turnaround time and email and phone communication was perfection! (Thank you Chris and John!) Friday morning the crew of Mike, Drew, Dave and Samuel arrived on time and were a pleasure to have working in my house. They were considerate and polite from start to finish. As I worked from my home office I could heat their conversations, it was great to hear how positive they were as team! They seemed to maybe be training or showing one of the guys how to do something for the first time, and they were so kind and supportive to him while they thought him. They were very encouraging. They had excellent team work and got the job done quickly and to absolute perfection! Best Buy told me they would need to cut at least 4 holes in my dry wall, to be able to get the wiring where it needed to bethey didn't have to cut any! They vacuumed and cleaned my floors (even though I insisted they were dirty because my dog!) :) They were very professional, true experts and I have already recommended them my several friends and family. Thank you for the fantastic work and a job well done!
