I began using Dave of Advanced Carpet Cleaning when I first moved to Pasadena thirty-five years ago. I had three boys, and no time or money to re-carpet. Since then, I have relied on Dave to keep my carpets and furniture looking good. I have recommended him both professionally and to friends. He has always been reliable, and knows exactly what he is doing. Dave's son Kevin has taken over now, and the quality of the work remains the same.
In addition to the children, Dave has cleaned up after four dogs. I do what he tells me, and he is able to handle tough spots. He tells me to never put chemicals down, but to leave it alone and call him, and he's been right.
Advanced is a very trustworthy company. When they arrive I can let them in and leave, and I know my home is secure. I wish everyone I hired was like that. I'm a former business owner, and don't give platitudes easily, but Dave and Kevin have earned their positive feedback.
