What do you think of a doctor who reads broken ribs as not broken and a month later go to another radiology who confirms, ""Your ribs are broken"" after a serious accident in which the patient was unconsciousness and car totaled? How would you like seven months later to continue to get bills from this blind doctor when your insurance company's contact information was given to his office at the time of this first bill? How would you like to be still sleeping on the couch at night because your ribs still are not healed? What recourse does a patient have for this harassment?
