Was not planning on purchasing a new vehicle for a few months, however a car on the website led me to make an inquiry. Mike Rich, internet sales consultant, contacted me very quickly and I agreed to give him a call. Mike's over the phone demeanor was great, and I felt secure in looking into this further. \r I met Mike at Autopark Jeep later that evening and unfortunatley another customer was looking at the vehicle I came about. Mike asked if I wanted to walk the lot and I agreed, since I was already there anyway. I came upon a 2008 Jeep Liberty that looked kind of cool and I asked to take it out. I felt right away that this car would be a good fit for me, and I started to lean toward this more than the model I came to look at (which sold while I was there).\r Mike does not employ the ""in your face"", high pressure sales tactics that are stereotypical of the auto sales industry. He listened to what I wanted, what my limitations were and went to work at producing numbers. Because of his easy going nature, I was comfortable in going further in this deal, and didn't have the feeling that I may regret this later. Keep in mind, I was NOT planning on buying a car on this particular day, so it was kind of an ""impulse purchase"".\r The figures I got were right where I wanted them, and after meeting with the finance representative (sorry, his name escapes me) I knew that signing off on this was the right thing to do. The finance rep was very thorough at breaking everything down and did a wonderful job at getting me a decent rate, keeping my monthly payments where I wanted them and made the most horrible part of purchasing a car relatively easy. \r I am very pleased with my purchase, and very happy with the service of Mr. Rich and all involved at Leith Autopark Chrysler Jeep. Thank you gentleman!
