Dishonest and Sloppy!!!! Tried to charge me $1000 for a repair that my husband fixed for 11 cents! Took my pt cruiser convertible there when the top wouldn?t work. They tried to tell me it was the hydraulic lift pump before looking at it and cutting me off when I tried to explain what I had experienced with it. The charged me $90 and when I picked up the car it had broken pieces where someone muscled open the cover to the cars computer system, a part from the top was stuffed under the seat (which they later admitted they didn?t know where it went), and grease stains all over. They told me it was the pump and it would be $1000 to replace. I knew they were not right and declined the repairs. They would not give me a refund for the shoddy diagnostic after the condition the car was returned. When my husband later got the chance to tinker with the top, he noticed where a screw had sheared off of a metal arm supporting the top. He replaced it for 11 cents and the top was repaired. I was blown away at how bad this dealership tried to rip me off.
