I was really hesitant about taking a heated yoga class but I bought a groupon for a month of classes and jumped in. The place is super cute with a little clothing boutique and nice amenities like showers and lockers.\r \r The first class I took was called HPF, which stands for Hot Power Fusion. OMFG! This apparently is their HOTTEST (temperature) class that they have. Oops this was not the first class I meant to take but I DID it. :) It was hot but I felt great after. It is a lot of poses and balancing, which I found extremely challenging.\r \r The next class I took was called Sculpt. Let's just say I hated this class with a passion. Weights AND heat AND yoga...no thanks. After that class, I took C1 and C1.5 these classes are like the intro classes and felt more like real yoga to me. I got my poses down and still a nice workout. I ventured on to C2, which is like the intermediate class, and boy was it hard, fast and fun. I sweated like a mofo and really enjoyed it. The teachers are really helpful and nice. My only two complaints are that the parking is a pain and the classes are pretty full.\r \r Other than that, as far as teachers go, I especially like Marie, who teaches a Yoga Pilates class. She is funny and her music is awesome. I appreciate that she says it is not about ego but about the process. Really cool.\r I also like Amanda and Jodie.\r \r All in all, I am totally addicted to this place. It is a tad expensive but if you go a lot, like I now do, then it is worth it.
