Hubby had rented a limo from this company, to pick me and my kids up from the airport and drive us home. Driver was rude and lazy, he did not want to help me load my luggage.The limo had no working TVs or radio. My kids and I listen to static all the way home. No drinks in the car. When we arrived home the driver had the nerve to say he wanted a tip, really! $319.00 went down the drain for this rude ass and now he wanted a tip. Maybe you should think about customer service and what it means before you open your mouth.
