We purchased our third vehicle from dave within the 3rd day it was towed with tranny problems. When we bought the truck we asked if mechanic looked at it he claimed they didnt have a mechanic. Within a month we had to rig the spark plug for 400 just to be able to drive it. We were told the vehicle needed a new head and had 2 bolts broken off or missing in the manifold. The mechanic said the truck was dangerous because the front bearings were so bad they were roaring. At 1500 the truck shook so bad you could hardly handle it. Dave said we would have to wait for about a month for his mechanic(remember he claimed he didnt have a mechanic) to look at it because the mechanic tried to rip us off. Lol i have an associates degree in mechanics so that was not true. I limped the truck to him over a month later on a saturday he said they would look at it thursday. I called thursday he was nasty and told me i wasnt his priority because it took me so long to get it to him after he told me i had to wait. Now he claimed that it would be 2 weeks to look at it. Which consequently was when the right to cure kicked in. So i went and got the truck. He came and got it a couple days ago. We also had a sequoia from him for over a year. So 2 days later he came and took it from my job. When i called after 4 hours he finally had the balls to answer the phone and said he conveniently never received the payment. Which has never been a problem before. I made the payment like i told him i would. When i confronted him that he did it because of the truck that needed over 3000 in repairs that i refused to pay for he claimed that he took the sequoia and was demanding the loan in full to get it back because i was a ""bad"" customer. Funny a couple of.months ago i was a great customer and he financed me for the second vehicle. How convenient. So this lesson has cost me over 7000. Whatever you do dont go to him he is a tempermental crook. We have had other people contact us that they had him do the same thing to them.
