I have had the same heating and cooling company for 40 years. I had them out to my house 3 times because I thought I could smell carbon monoxide somewhere. They assured me 3 times that there were no leaks anywhere, and that I was safe. I thought I was going a little crazy, but I could still smell it! So I gave Glenn Haege a call because it was getting so bad, and asked him who he would recommend I have come out. He mentioned Flame and many of the wonderful services they offer. So I called Flame the next day and they were fantastic. Rob Johnson and Ed Irvine were the two gentlemen that came out, and they found that my hot water heater was improperly vented, and my furnace was pulling CO2 infested air from around the water heater into my ducts and throughout my house. They also found out some other issues I may need fixed as well. I have never seen such high-tech equipment used, in any other companys brochure or visits to my home. These 2 gentlemen were great. We were impressed about how tech savvy these two men were. Everything they did and found, struck me to make sure I mentioned them. I felt abridged to call my original company back and warn them of what they missed 3 times, and how that could possibly be a hazard to someone in their future! I will be calling Flame again very soon to have my ducts cleaned and to purchase a back-up generator for my home.
