Review content:
Like the other reviewer here, I had an appointment scheduled for today and got a call that they had to cancel since their worker didn't show up. I took the day off for this repair and they acted like that was no big deal. My time is money and as a professional person I can't just take days off when I would like. They need to hire reliable people to represent their company and not people who just don't show up to work.
