Doctor josh is a nice guy so I am sure he is unaware of what is going on at his front desk… My wife called on Thursday with an emergency. She was informed that Josh does not see patients on Fridays and that she can make an appointment for Monday. On Friday the pain was too much, so she went to the Eldorado Family dentistry and was taken in right away. On Monday, she called to cancel her appointment and the conversation went like this… “I need to cancel my appointment for today”. Front desk girl “OK”. No why. No can I reschedule… nothing! My wife then called back to cancel my kids appointment that were set up for later in the week… Again “I just spoke to you and I would like to cancel my kid’s appointments as well, we have found another dentist”. Front desk girl, “Ok”. Again no why, No can I reschedule… We will not be recommending this office any longer. To bad because Josh is a good doctor and a nice guy…
