\r Dr. Kevin Moulin of Childersburg Pet Clinic is a wonderful veterinarian. We took a really special cat to him for a second opinion. Cinnamon had frequent kidney/bladder infections. We had spent a great deal of money on office visits and antibiotics over a three month period and had been told by our former veterinarian that we needed to think about having Cinnamon 'put to sleep'. I couldn't stand the idea of having to do this to an otherwise healthy and rather young animal. I took Cinnamon to Dr. Kevin Moulin. On the first trip, Dr. Moulin ran some tests and did a culture. It turned out that Cinnamon was taking the wrong antibiotic for 3 months [not to mention the pain the poor animal was in]. After one week of an antibiotic for the type of infection that Cinnamon had, he returned to 100% health and stayed that way. Cinnamon lived 8 more years. We started bringing all of our pets to Dr. Moulin. All new cats and dogs have been neutered or spayed by Dr. Moulin. He is kind and quiet spoken. Dr. Moulin relies on sound medical knowledge. He keeps abreast of new methods/treatments and medications. He explains what he does for the animal. He answers all questions in a way that a non-medical person can understand. I have had animals that have lived long healthy lives but later in life have health conditions causing them great discomfort. Dr. Moulin lets the family decide the path to choose. We have chosen for several of our animals to have a peaceful death. Dr. Moulin and his staff schedule a time in which you can be with your pet. He spends as much time with the family and the pet as needed. We have been given extra time alone with our pet to say, ""Good-bye"". He came in during his off time/office closed when a special dog had a stroke. My husband and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Moulin. He loves our animals almost as much as we do. Dr. Moulin is more than just 'a guy' who gives pets a rabies shot once a year. He diagnoses illnesses and causes before he treats. He uses his medical training the same way a medical doctor does when a human patient is ill. He encourages wellness procedures before problems arise. I have referred several of my friends to Childersburg Pet Clinic for their special pet friends. All have been just as impressed as my family.\r \r \r \r \r \r \r \r \r \r \r \r \r
