Wanted to share my first (and definitely not last) experience with Abacus Plumbing: My initial contact was over the phone with Melissa. She demonstrated excellent customer service in understanding what I wanted done, working within my schedule availability, and following up afterwards to ensure I was pleased with the plumbers work. At my door on the scheduled time was the service technician, Paul Bradshaw. Paul is exceptional! He listened to my plumbing issues, took the time to explain and answer all my questions, and thoroughly and professionally addressed each issue. He even came up with a solution that will help maintain my hot water heater in optimal performance. Paul knows what he is doing and works with his customers to make sure they are satisfied. A true professional. Thank you Abacus and thank you Tom Tynan for recommending Abacus Plumbing to your radio listeners.
