Review content:
These people are extremely unreliable, incompetent, and they have a tendency to lie. Don't use them!
I had them to fix my kitchen counter downdraft ventilation fan. Their technician came in twice without being able to diagnose the problem. The second time he came, this guy inserted a screwdriver between the fan cover and the counter, scraping around and removing a portion of the rubber seal. He then said the rubber seal was the problem and he would order a new one to replace it. He then left with the job undone. After more than 20 days passed without hearing from them, I called again. But they told me they had done all things they can do and they did not want to do this job anymore. But what about the rubber seal? They denied they had removed it. It was an outright lie! I did some research by calling the manufacturer of my ventilation system. It turns out the thing damaged by the technician with his screwdriver is a silicone gasket, which was an integral part of the chimney assembly. Now, I have to replace the whole chimney assembly which will cost $300!
I regret I used their service. Do yourself a favor. Never use them. Run away as quickly as you can!
