The Nutrition Twins helped me slim down for a film when I thought my body had just stopped wanting to be slim. Lyssie Lakatos found where I was overeating and came up with a clean, easy plan that totally matched my lifestyle. Plus her superbubbly, positive and cheerful attitude made me feel like eating right was actually fun, and she focused on the fact that it was good for me, so it didn't register in my head as a diet. I am so grateful to be working with the Nutrition Twins!
