I began my adoption journey with Kirsh and Kirsh, and I consider myself very fortunate to have found them. I have had a superb experience with this team, and I can give them the absolute highest recommendations. The adoption process can be very emotionally challenging and unpredictable, and the Kirshes approach it with the right mixture of determination to achieve the goal and respectful support. They explain the process very well right from the start so the expectations are set at a realistic level. Although I will most likely end up adopting internationally, I would return to this agency in a heartbeat if I were considering domestic adoption again. \r
I have known and worked with Kirsh and Kirsh for about 18 months, and I have known of them for longer, since I have friends who also adopted their son through them, with great satisfaction. I have mainly interacted with Steve and Josh, and both of them were always very professional, responsive, and kind. Throughout my work with them, they responded within hours to my emails and were easily contacted by telephone on the same day. They answered all my questions in great detail and with immense knowledge and patience. They both also have a good sense of humor, which makes a potentially stressful process a lot more fun. They are genuinely interested in making good matches, and they are flexible in their approach if they think that this is in the best interest of a baby, a birthmother, and prospective adoptive parents. \r
In my experience, Kirsh and Kirsh do exactly what they say they will do, and without fail. They are competent, reliable, trustworthy, and fair. I truly could not give them any higher marks. They are a fantastic domestic adoption agency and I am recommending them with the highest enthusiasm. \r
