Seriously, the story is the same with so many services in the valley. Terrible, inconsistent service..over-charge and grossly inflate the bill, then simply run it on the credit card on file...Our hot tub was always green, and filthy. When it broke, they mis-diagnosed the problem 4 times, each time charging me several hundred dollars..In the end, finally got it fixed, a $700 repair, unfortunately, I paid over $2700 for their mis-diagnoses. Terrible experience.
