Rodney provided excellent service and quick response, but Hertiage Plumbing charged $217 for a part (Honeywell Q3200U1004 Glowfly Universal Igniter) that costs anywhere from $21-30 and a six-pack of them at $155-185 at most parts suppliers. Really feel like they took advantage of us. I can see the service portion being more expensive and especially afterhours, but why would they gouge on the parts price that badly? Concerned and may need to contact state agency, besides other consumer-interest offices.
Again service was great, and is why we normally call Heritage for service as a repeat customer -- now we're not so sure to continue that practice (seen high parts prices before -- this one was over the top).
